New Pianos cannot be tested right away. They need to be built. 

A built Steinway And Sons Piano is more expensive. 

If You wait 1 year a Steinway Piano has chance to be incorporated into Your Home or Venue. 

Careful Planning is needed when You buy a New Piano e.g. If there are limits To the Volume where You are, it is best To think of Your Neighbours and Local Inhabitants when buying Music Equipment.
